What does happen is acceptance of routine and time passing faster. With that, time for self decreases, a loss in time sovereignty.

To combat this, make small changes. Do everything differently every day. Sleep in a different position. Wet shave one day, dry the other, start in a different location. Do your morning exercise or commute in different orders and routes, etc, and if crashing out with the TV in the evening do so purposefully rather than habitually. And eat lots of fibre.

Extra emphasis on fibre. And if the fibre isn't enough, magnesium citrate + water will help.

And always. Wear. Sunscreen.

Should textbooks and science related articles stop saying "we know" then, if every now and then statements change?
