This summer was supposed to be our startup's first intern program ever, but I overheard my (non-technical) CEO mention the other day that she wanted to potentially axe the program (rescinding the 2 accepted offers so far) and just use Devin instead. Not sure how serious or not the statement was, but there weren't any laughs that followed and I thought the comment was in extremely poor taste. Just wanted to rant.

Leave the company and start a single person firm where you have an AI board of executives.

If they really believe a glorified Taylor series can replace an intern, perhaps you should embrace their depravity and have Devin also do 100% the code reviews.
Just make sure you have written documentation of their brain dead decision making so you can CYA when it invariably blows up in their face.
Read up on malicious compliance and embrace it fully.
