Thank you for your question. I'd say there are many differences between FasterNode and Gravity. In therms of stack however they are pretty similar (Nodejs, express, mysql ...), with Gravity being more bloated and offering more functionalities out of the box which might be a good thing or not depending on what you are looking for in a boilerplate, FasterNode focuses more on simplicity and ease of use, keeping the codebase as minimal and bloat free as possible.
Another key differentiator is that Gravity uses React, but FasterNode does not.
There is also a huge difference in price: FasterNode only costs $99, Gravity on the other hand costs between $595 and $2995.
