You take a cleany washed potato.
peel it.
cut it into tiny little pieces.
then chuck them in the fryer.
fry gently until nice and brown.
drain and serve
add a splash of vinegar and a sprinkle of salt
wrap in newspaper
eat on the sea front or brighton pier.
