It's possible to change YT video title. Searching for "Cloudflare has become a pig butchering scam but legal" shows the video as the first result. My guess is that title of the video has changed between posting on HN and now.

Youtubers often change titles to try out which ones drive views. It's possible that the post title was the view title previously.
