This seems like a retaliation measure rather than the DMA making the technology not accessible.
I get this feeling that apple thinks they can pit their European consumers against their government? These measures don't make the DMA or the European Union legislation more unpopular imo, they will make apple less attractive to European customers.
I actually think the DMA is a pretty good piece of legislation. I like it.
