Ask HN: AI Image Organizing App

I take lots of photos but have a very hard time organizing them. Are there any good desktop apps that solve this problem with AI? Ideally, I would like my photos to be tagged, sorted and the ability to search individuals.

I use Google and Apple Photos but I don't want to upload every single image on the cloud, so I'm looking for an alternative that works on device ideally.
