Writing code with GPT and no engineering experience

I’m curious what this person means by never touched a line of code. They seem to have a lot of familiarity with coding concepts and terms, then they jump into debugging python code and reading API documentation. Maybe I’m below average in the curve but these are things it took me a decent amount of time to learn how to do and I’ve been hands on my whole life.
