Apple SMS/Voice 2FA Down

I can't get get into my developer account because SMS/Voice 2FA seems to be down. The error is "Verification codes can’t be sent to this phone number at this time. Please try again later."

Server responds with 500 with the following error information:

Same problem signing into the same account on macOS, both SMS and Voice verification give the error.

Of course both the Apple System Status (https://www.apple.com/support/systemstatus/) and Apple Developer System Status (https://developer.apple.com/system-status/) are both showing all green.

I had a friend try with his account and phone number and got the same issue. Anyone else here experiencing this?

Searched for this problem and it brought me here. Yeah, I'm having this too when I try to login to Podcasts Connect (https://podcastsconnect.apple.com/login) to post an episode. Good to know it's not something that went wrong with my number.

Kind of kicking myself for not setting up my Yubikey for 2FA instead of SMS, though.
