I saw this earlier this morning on X, and loved the application of AI bots to interact with AI bots. I haven't had to deal with the DMV over the phone too much luckily, but dealing with other similar support systems for home maintenance, health insurance, banking etc. has led to what's felt like countless wasted hours so I'm all for beating (or at least matching) the system here.
