One of the authors (Johan Rockström) created the planetary boundaries framework (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Planetary_boundaries) which includes all of those. So they are being included by most.

Certainly there are investors who might want to build, say, a wind farm on a coral reef because it's cheap. That's worth resisting?
