My only concern is if it trends some Hollywood genius will have the idea to reboot it and kill the nostalgia*

Netflix already made a live action/3d animated follow up series which was cancelled after one season:

ReBoot: The Guardian Code

Seeing this however brings tears of joy to my eyes. Hope the entire series will be streamable somewhere soon!
