I'm looking to deepen my knowledge of AI and machine learning, and I'm curious to know what resources others in the community recommend.

What books, courses, podcasts, and online communities have you found most valuable in staying up-to-date with the latest developments in AI?

I'm interested in hearing about both theoretical and practical resources. I may share them with back office team too. Thanks for your help!
