After careful consideration of all arguments, including input from interested parties, and after consulting the Advisory Committee on Digital Markets, the Commission has concluded that X (formerly Twitter) cannot indeed be considered a gatekeeper in relation to its online social networking service, as the investigation revealed that X is not an important gateway for corporate users to reach end users.
