It's unavoidable, because he's world's strongest man now. All his rhetoric escapades and lies and all deals & done's - this will be in the press the next 4 years. Even if you block him on all devices, he still will be present all over the offline-media.

The best thing is to accept that he won and check how his thinking influences your Personal life and find a way to use that for your advantage. It's a chance for some and a great possibility for others..
