'majority rule' is always effective as far as democracy is living. Obviously so called democracy works among a people who shares same background: history, culture, education and so on. But unfortunatelly, democracy does not work under mixed people, because they cannot compromise their egoism among them. No doubt this is proofed in history. If I can say something about this election, I say 'you did well till now' to the USA.
