I run a small dev agency, and I am looking for materials on how to do it right for fun and profit along with level up our game. I like listening to stuff and reading books, so looking for everyone's recommendations on those mediums related to this craft. I've previously listened to the art of consulting podcast and read Million Dollar Consulting, but looking for good resources specifically on tech consulting or tech agency work and running those kinds of businesses.
