Congratulations on the development and taking pre-orders! You certainly have my attention. I would love to see some scientific breakdown of the grind analysis at certain sizes - just to see how consistent the grinder can be. Some media of you (or someone) actually using the grinder and espresso machine would be really helpful to really get an idea of what a total flow looks like. I am especially curious about boiling and adding water.Will definitely be saving for future reference when I need to upgrade my current grinder.
