Connect with HN companies located in the respective cities to host regular "What are you working on?" events where folks would have time for show & tell, then socialize.
That’s a great idea. Basically, a regular “what are you working on” with slightly higher stakes because you’re doing an IRL demo. I would definitely go to that.
