Update: you can buy from Norway now, but you need to get it shipped to a different country. You need to select a different country and then chose a billing address different from the shipping one. The message that the website displays on not being able to order from Norway is misleading, and it looks like no email to Norwegian customers has been sent with respect to this possibility.
