That's why all of the bootlicking wording from employees now makes me puke:
"teamwork" "passionate about my work" "making an impact" "standups" "going above and beyond"... all of that is bs.
Go to work, collect a paychech and leave as early as possible. Reserve teamwork for your group of friends, passion for your hobbies, raising a family or having fun out of work.
And never, ever give them 2 weeks notice. When you find a better job, just walk away and email them when you are at home. Fire the company that will not give you 2 weeks notice for layoffs.
