Trump to prepare facility at Guantanamo for 30k migrants

For context, Guantanamo's "usual" usage/population numbers would be something like ~700 prisoners and ~6000 of everybody else.

So this is a demand is for a big change to the place.

I am strongly reminded of another time when a government plotted to forcibly deport lots of people to an extraterritorial-limbo island under their control, and I don't think it's too soon to bring it up.
