Show HN: A CLI tool to extract and replace Tailwind colors

Hi there!

Although I love Tailwind I have always found it frustrating when I get a starter kit or a template and tailwind colors (indigo-800, gray-200) are hard-coded. It makes it very hard to change the whole theme at once.

I created this small CLI tool to list all default tailwind colors présent in the project and rename them to a custom colour.
