We have trouble hiring Linux talent - and all they have to do is go to our website (IE only) and register for an account to submit a CV (Word only) and fill in a form which assumes that they were educated somewhere that has k-12 education and transcripts/SAT/grades in the same format as we expect.

Here is a tip 'recruiters' - if I'm a specialist financial c++ programmer with a maths PhD I am not spending my time filling in application web forms that ask what clubs I was involved in during high school.
