I want to accept credit card payments and rent computers with GPUs and storage. I plan to deploy a web service that targets citizen researchers or just anyone who wants to research various topics.

Just to give you an overview of what kind of free speech I mean, for example, my service may question vaccine safety and pharmaceutical drug safety and authoritarian policies around medicine, but my service is not going to be particularly about these topics. My service is going to be a general-purpose research platform. It just happens that free speech is required to explore various topics.

Can anyone recommend free speech-friendly options for credit card payments and computer servers with GPUs and storage?

Some content creators who exercise free speech use stripe and paypal, but paypal is known for heavy-handed censorship. Stripe won't particularly try to uphold free speech. I may start with stripe, but I wouldn't waste time on paypal which banned some content creators I know.

There are a few data centers like Rumble Cloud which are friendly to free speech, but Rumble Cloud isn't offering GPUs, yet.
