Ask HN: What do you prefer to use to track sales?

I wonder what you prefer to use to track your sales in early-stage, small or medium sized companies. Do you go with simple spreadsheet, use CRM tools like Salesforce or something else? Do you think positively about the CRM (customer relationship management) software market in general?

I've used HubSpot in the past but currently just using Notion.
