Show HN: FeedForge – Get RSS updates when specific parts of any webpage change

2 points| re6tor | 1 year ago |feedforge.io

I built FeedForge to solve a frustrating problem I often encountered: many interesting blogs and websites I enjoy lack RSS feeds, the same goes for many local government agencies where I live (though they have Instagram/X/TikTok profiles...)

What started as a personal tool evolved into something more versatile.

FeedForge generates RSS feeds for any website, with XPath/CSS selector support to monitor specific page elements. No more checking sites manually for updates - just point FeedForge at the URL (and optionally target a specific DOM element), and get an RSS feed you can plug into your reader.

Note: Some websites with anti-bot protection may not work at this time.
