Great win for IBM/MSFT/Google/Apple etc. I am trying to defend myself against them stealing my ideas - but if I lose I have to pay their legal bill.

All they have to do is to threaten to use their vast internal legal team to run up potential $M in bills and I have no choice but to settle out of court.
