Totally agree, Congress must reduce spending.

They had to increase the spending cap because we will be bouncing off it soon.

The history of Republicans is not good when it comes to reigning in spending. Neo-cons are just as bad as Democrats and some Democrats actually reduced spending. So, this shouldn't be such a tribal issue.
