I used to constantly forget small but important things: drinking water, taking breaks, resting my eyes… Even with standard reminders, I’d snooze them and forget again.
So, I built Pushmi, a simple app that lets you create fully customizable reminders with any frequency you want. No in app purchase, completely free, just something I made to help myself and thought others might find useful too.
Some ways I use it: - Reminders to take breaks from screens (20/20/20 rule) - Stay hydrated throughout the day - Daily affirmations or self-care reminders - Gentle nudges to fight procrastination
