China: "let's wait 74 days and tell them we might talk about tariffs" and get another 75 days extension.

I don't see where this will help with negotiations. China is even not afraid to pull the same tariffs. Why should they sell then? Just retreat and put servers in Europe. Leave us completely.

In normal times I imagine there would be a lot more attention when a President effectively overrides a law passed by Congress and upheld by the Supreme Court.

Isn’t it at the president’s discretion to decide whether there’s a “foreign adversary” owning it, or just some country with questionable vibes?
