I'm sure this is all true. I'm also sure that every time I interact with a chatbot it will be a miserable experience that ends up with me getting forwarded to a real human. Just have humans doing the chats, one at a time. We can all tell when your boilerroom is full of folks with 4-7 chats going at all time. There are huge lags, bizarre answers clearly meant for another conversation.

If you can't face customers, get out of business.
