Unfortunately Yes. I guess to make things clear it should be UK "University" as Collage means something different. And International fees do get easier entry. That has been the case for 20+ years. And yes, the predicated grades, and which college you go to ( College as in High School ) are all factored in. Especially those Elite Universities in UK.
