I really want to defend media, but it's getting hard. CBS is not helping my case.
I don't like crypto, and I lean to the left. All reasons for me to upvote this and denounce Trump like a good internet toy boy.
However, I took a look at the recent news. Lawsuits, Paramount (parent of CBS) dropping in revenue. Political turmoils that I think are relevant.
Also, I noticed Paramount owns Porta dos Fundos, a popular comedy show here in Brazil. Although they are also left leaning, I think their methods contributed to destroying the traditional leftist narrative in my country, overriding it with a bland US formula.
So, mixed signals all around.
Should I vibe comment, should I not vibe comment and research? So confusing.
I really want to defend media, be impartial. So, it's simple. I'm on the left, and I think getting rich on crypto sounds like a scumbag move. However, this news battle royale is fishy and I can't just upvote it blindly.
