Cool, where's the repo / what're your plans? For inspiration you should check out https://hordes.io/.

There is a GitHub link in the top-right corner :) I am currently busy building out a game platform over at https://evergate.io/ so this project is on hold for now, so I made it open-source. And I know about Hordes, it's great! It's one of the reasons I am trying to do something a bit different over at https://evergate.io/ instead of making what would basically turn into a Hordes clone.
