Can you please stop farming CVs?

Your company has been "hiring" since last year, running the weirdest interview process, with no real intention of hiring.

Plenty of negative feedback online about BetterStack "hiring" practices, you should not be allow to post on HN.

I get the frustration, but comments like this break the rules at the top of the thread, so I've detached this one from https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=44159575.

I know that some companies do this and I agree that the ones that do it, shouldn't. The trouble is that it's not possible to fairly assess these cases in a format like this.

Removing job posts older than 3 months would be a great starting point, given the current state of the job market.
