You must be paying the old rate. The old rate was at $3 per month. They added new tiers at $6 per month or $60 per year, and at $9 per month or $90 per year. You'll need the latter tier, called Grooveshark Anywhere, to use the mobile apps.

I supposed if you really think it's too low, you could start paying the newer rate if you want.
