cybermania.ws is hosted on cloudflare, has been down for 3 days in a row; it deceptively says 'Verification is taking longer than expected. Check your Internet connection and refresh the page if the issue persists.'

It is inaccessible apparently globally, including here, Canada, and via VPN, tor, etc...

This is occurring while Cloudflare has been given a court order to geo-block pirated sites hosted on cloudflare servers in the UK. This court order should only be affecting the UK, however cybermania.ws is global.

I was concerned about the google and cloudflare monopoly posing a risk to online freedoms with their capchas & CDN's, and if hegemonic nations weaponized such a service against other nations.

What are the legal implications? Can anyone find any court information regarding cybermania.ws takedown? Was this a legal takedown or an illegal take down? Is cloudflare trying to walk a thin line of legality / illegality by not outright blocking it but using deception?
