It is clear that Indian small businesses have not fully adopted LinkedIn for targeting B2B audiences, leaving a gap that needs to be addressed. Most business owners are currently using Instagram, with no clear segregation between B2B and B2C platforms. There is a need for a hybrid platform that, while enabling professional connections, also includes small and medium-sized businesses and strikes a balance with Instagram-style entertaining and engaging content. The platform should feature an intuitive UI/UX design that encourages small business owners to participate. These insights are derived from actual data collected through a survey conducted in WhatsApp groups, covering a total of 1,500 business owners. (We are continuing to add more participants to further increase and enrich the data.)
