Shipping a small side project was the best decision I made (well, not that small, almost at 1,000 users now).

While I’m working on much bigger things, this project taught me so much and I’m grateful I didn’t just focus on my main idea. I improved my main projects in many ways thanks to what I learned here, and now this side project is rolling by itself.

I’ve done almost 0 marketing(just posting on X/Threads). Affiliates are starting to pay off, and SEO brings in most of my customers.

Don’t wait for perfect timing. I almost delayed my launch waiting for the “right moment.” Turns out, just putting it out there is way better than waiting.
