What did you find to be of a douche nature about it? It clearly looked to me as poking fun at the ridiculous analogies some people use for programming talent (such as rock star programmers).
I'm also disappointed that this was a real ads versus a full-out lick of sarcasm (and I am not usually terribly fond of these [vanilla.js, etc])
I feel like the early commenters here missed the point. I'm fairly sure that the whole "porn star developer" is epitomizing how absurd many startup adverts are (and frankly some of the YC ones are nearly as bad, I've wondered about a conspiracy of why we're not allowed to comment on the job postings).
