Ask HN: Has anyone used LLMs for basic legal docs?

I'm in Canada and going to set up a new corporation. The legal fees for bylaws, resolutions, etc, are about $2,000 (note: we are going to set up a shareholders' agreement at a later date).

We want a fairly standard arrangement and I am under the impression that these docs will be mostly boilerplate.

Has anyone used ChatGPT to create these or other legal docs? Am I crazy?
