Is the current policy completely flexible? 2 days? (Or am I misreading and it's currently 100% in office?)

I've been working remotely for 15 years (way before Covid). Working in an office like this just seems so confining.

I had a project right before Covid where I had to go onsite for a few months and work in the same office as their developers. It brought back all the reasons why I hated it in the first place.
