Longtime HN user here (since 2007)

I’m mapping practical ways HN uses AI in job searches—what truly moved the needle vs. what didn’t.

If you’re willing, please share: - Role/seniority/region (optional) - Top 1–2 AI workflows that helped, and the tools/models you used (incl. resume/cover-letter products) - Tools you used like Jobscan, Rezi Resume.io if anu - Where it helped most (research, resume tailoring, outreach) - Hiring managers/recruiters: how do AI-shaped applications read to you?
