I don't understand why anyone would try to invent a new screensaver when we already have flying toasters.

For those curious it is possible to get most of the original after dark screen savers working on at least Win 10. It’s a journey, not a super hard one, but a journey nonetheless.

I like the fun concept! Sadly the seemingly fixed (not sure, correct me) text in the top left corner means this is a less than ideal screensaver for their original purpose, but burn-in is almost not a problem today.

Sure, but OLED suffer from burn out and LCD suffer from image persistance when there is static content.
