Wouldn't they be better served investing the $100B in expanding GPU manufacturing capacity?

How much of that will go back into buying Nvidia GPUs? Both of these companies want the bubble to continue. This investment probably helps bridge the concerns with OpenAIs contract with Oracle. If that deal falls through, it would surely be the beginning of the end.
