They're not wrong on the problem side but I think we depart on the solutions side. I'd be aiming for Swedish maternity/paternity leave models, and Dutch "five kids is a kindy up the street" levels of fully funded childcare, and an NHS, not to mention free tertiary study.
They're a free market think tank. I think they're more attracted to the Israel religious sentiment solution: women as home makers. Single income? Kids not happening for a lot of people.
