Yes there was no concept but it is actually not necessary. Sending being "free" is not an unsolvable problem if you design the protocol correctly. It is very difficult to solve spam but it is possible to solve it, and without depending on just one platform.

Creating a email/messaging protocol to solve this. It is directly compatible with email/messengers, low false negative rate compared to current spam filtering, free for senders.
