I think you should strongly consider writing a short, well-structured readme file by hand. It's impossible for a human being to decipher the intent and structure of what you've created. Looks to me like a persistent (database-backed?) ECS driven by a terminal utility- however it is unclear what (if any) problems this solves, and how this is an "agents framework"

I have to admit though, the hilariously ambitious short description at least caught my interest
