Show HN: Monokai Pro for JetBrains – lifetime license

After receiving feedback, I decided to offer a lifetime license for Monokai Pro, in addition to the subscription model. The freemium model still exists, at $1 / month, and the lifetime license is set at a one-off fee of $29.

This change brings it more in line with the licenses of VSCode and Sublime Text, with the added bonus that Monokai Pro for JetBrains is available for multiple IDEs.
